What to expect while selling your home with me as your agent

  • Initial intake (We will talk on the phone and complete the sellers consultation as well as schedule your listing presentation/my tour of the home)

  • Pre-listing packet (you will receive a pre-list packet that you will need to complete while I am completeing market research on your home and the neighborhood you live in)

  • Listing presentation (I will arrive to our scheduled appointment, tour your home and we will discuss the selling/marketing of your home as well as complete the listing agreement)

  • Preparing for your home to hit the market (complete any cleaning/staging and/or repairs needed to sell your home)

  • Photography (I will schedule for a professional/experienced real estate photographer to come photograph your home)

  • T.C. will order a Sellers Coverage Home Warranty (NO COST TO SELLER)

  • Your home goes live on the market (For Sale sign in yard, marketing and 

broker listing launch occur)

  • Showings (Interested buyers will have their agent schedule an appointment and then will come tour the home)

  • Offer Presentation and Negotiation (I will present all received offers to you and explain each one, we will then negotiate/accept any offers)

  • Earnest Money (buyers will deposit their earnest money with escrow)

  • Inspections (buyers have their inspection with in the agreed inspection period and send a repair addendum if needed)        Please be sure to have all Electrical Panels, Furnaces, Hot Water Heaters and Crawl spaces accessible, as well as all Smoke and Carbon Monoxide detectors up to date.

  • If applicable a Repair Addendum and Negotiations (buyers will send a repair addendum if they deemed necessary, we will review and negotiate as needed)

  • Appraisal (appraiser will come to home to complete appraisal and return to lender)  Again,  all Electrical Panels, Furnaces, Hot Water Heaters and Crawl spaces will need to be accessible, as well as all Smoke and Carbon Monoxide detectors need to be up to date.

  • Closing (move out/cleaning and buyers get keys)
